Belveza is a beauty and wellness booking marketplace operated by Omega Proprietary LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16463447), with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE. In these terms "Belveza", "we", "us" and "our" mean Omega Proprietary LTD.
By creating an account, booking, or otherwise using Belveza you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be 18 or over to hold an account. Keep your login details secure - you are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Belveza is a marketplace that connects clients with independent salons, spas and studios ("partners"). We provide the platform; we are not the provider of the treatments or services you book. Your appointment forms a contract between you and the partner. Prices, availability, staff and the services offered are set and controlled by each partner.
When you confirm a booking you are making a request to the partner, who fulfils it subject to their availability and policies. We will send you confirmation and reminders. Please give accurate details so the partner can contact you. If a partner cannot honour a booking we will help you rebook or, where you have paid, arrange a refund of any amount paid through Belveza.
Clients pay no booking fee to Belveza. Where a partner requires a deposit or upfront payment, the amount and terms are shown clearly before you confirm. Payments made through Belveza are processed by our payment partner (Stripe); Belveza does not store your full card details. Partners are responsible for the prices they set and for issuing receipts for in-person payments.
Each partner sets its own cancellation window, which is shown on your booking. You can reschedule or cancel from your account up to the partner's stated deadline. Cancelling late, or not turning up, may incur a charge under the partner's policy. Refunds for amounts paid through Belveza are handled in line with that policy.
Only clients who complete a booking through Belveza can leave a review for that partner. Reviews must be honest, your own, and lawful. You grant us a licence to display content you submit. We may remove content that is misleading, unlawful, abusive, or that otherwise breaches these terms.
You agree not to misuse the service: no fraudulent bookings, scraping, attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform, impersonation, or use of Belveza for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe present a risk to users or partners.
Partners who list on Belveza are also bound by their separate partner agreement and the applicable subscription terms. Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, their pricing, their staff, and for complying with all laws relevant to the services they provide (including health, safety and licensing requirements).
Belveza provides the booking platform "as is". The partner is solely responsible for the services it delivers, including their quality, safety and suitability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of partners. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
The Belveza name, logo, software and content are owned by Omega Proprietary LTD or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "last updated" date below. Significant changes will be notified where appropriate. Continuing to use Belveza after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
