"This was my first visit to have hijama done. My appointment time was changed on the day which I felt was unprofessional. Sister Fatuma was excellent- she explained what was happening, was very gentle and answered my questions. I felt very relaxed. The room was clean and she locked the door so no one could come in. There is also an extra chair if you want to bring someone along."
