"Polly is amazing. We talked about my skin and what I wanted to focus on. I’d never had a buccal facial before so she explained everything she would be doing and the tools she would use. The room was super cosy, warm and comfortable. You can request whether you would like music or prefer silence to relax. The treatment felt incredible on my face but it also included massage of my neck and shoulders. I left there feeling brand new. I will 100% be back!"
