"First time getting a head spa and first time at this salon. The girls in the salon were lovely and welcoming. The Japanese head spa was so relaxing, great experience - would definitely recommend. However, paid extra for a professional blow dry afterwards. The blow dry was not great, my hair was still damp underneath and 4 hours later my hair is greasy so will need to wash it again tonight, wish defeats the purpose."
