"She is really good at what she does but unfortunately I won’t be going back. While using the drill for my nails, I let her know that it was hurting multiple times and she just kept shaking her head like my pain was was not valid, she didn’t say sorry nor did she stop or reduce the speed of the drill. She shook her head and rolled het eyes when I flinched out of pain. I told her to reduce the speed of the drill as it was hurting and she said “no it’s not the speed”. Maybe it is a language barrier thing but I felt like my pain was ignored."
