"Lindsay has been AMAZING!! I was a little sceptical at first but went for my Mommy MOT and she found issues I didn’t even know existed. I am returning to bodybuilding and Lindsay has helped with incorporating physio exercises and even dietary changes to help me along. Could not recommend enough. Absolutely worth every pennie.
