"Nicole at Dream Beauty Bar on 23 South Tay Street is a hidden gem. Had a fabulous make up for a wedding applied with first class professionalism in with a really friendly, listening to the client vibe. I don’t think she needs to advertise but if you can find this beauty bar ( not well signed on the door or inside …my only complaint !) it is worth the search Thank you"
