"A nice experience. I had a number of things that needed looking at. Pennie knows her stuff and wasn’t too hard on me. She made lots of notes and worked on the areas that needed working on. She offered sound advice and exercises to follow along with strapping the problem areas. Fingers crossed for the recovery. Would definitely recommend."
