"A lovely young lady did my nails as fast as she could while FOUR other customers were waiting because she was completely alone in the salon. She was stressed and embarrassed and I don’t blame her. She has done a great job for a simple toe gel nail polish with speed while trying to sort out all the other customers and do everything herself. It was obvious she had no control over the number of customers turning up who had bookings at the same time. The owners need to get control over this and ensure their employee is treated right!"
