I had a massage focusing on my upper body, legs and feet, and I'd definitely recommend booking an hour if you can. Ola was great at adjusting the pressure to suit me, I asked for firm pressure to work out my tension and it really did the trick. I usually struggle to switch off, but I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep! The playlist was amazing too. I'll definitely be back and would 100% recommend.”
