“Owen, for such a young man, shows such promise to becoming a great hairdresser. He is attentive to his client, listens to ideas, and is quite a perfectionist at what he is doing. I just love the colours he put in my hair today. He gives the best head massage ever!!! I used to work for Schwarzkopf, travelling around hairdressers in mainly the Hull area, teaching head massage to hairdressers in the 90s. And also doing training at their head office in High Wycombe. I feel I might have to kidnap Owen on a weekly basis. Well done Owen”
