If you paid online and cancel within the studio free-cancellation window, your deposit or prepayment is refunded to the original card. Refunds are processed by the studio and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
If you believe a charge is wrong, message the studio first - most issues are resolved quickly. If not, contact support.
